Encourage staff appreciation and staff enrichment for the support staff as well as the attorneys who work for the firm to improve morale.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm pays well and gives great incentives for working. The fast paced nature of the firm makes it a great place to work for because there is plenty of work.

What did you not like about this institution?
Because of the fast paced atmosphere sometimes people can rush by without noticing others so it can be impersonal at times. Also it can be all work and no play.
