Advice to law firm management:
Give your support staff some credit and help them to succeed and to want to be at work and a team player so that coming to work is a joy and not a pain.
Pros:
Working at this firm has some advantages, like having a great support staff and plenty of work to do so you are never without work or time to get bored.
Cons:
This firm doesn't always treat their staff fairly and can forget that they are people and not machines. It isn't always about how much work is done as it is quality of that work.
