Learn to build better relationships and treat the staff with dignity and offer them incentives to want to work for the firm. Make it an inviting place to work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The office staff members are good people and have a great break room with refreshments. The firm is easy to get to so it's a quick work commute.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a sense of entitlement and it isn't a very friendly work environment. People are taken advantage of and there doesn't seem to be a sense of communication or unity.
