What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Hire a few more associates so the work load is a bit lighter on us.I want to work hard, and I don't mind the long hours, but I want to not be so stressed by work as much as I am.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Clear a path for career growth and promotion.You get a good pay from the start with yearly raises, and a bonus or two here and there but it's pretty rare.
What did you not like about this institution?
While there is a clear path for growth it is hard to obtain because of limited time to work towards them.You will get a heavy workload and hours are long most of the time.
