Treat EVERY member as if they are your multi million dollar client. Stop "phoning in" your efforts, make sure you do what you say you will do, and that clients are actual satisfied w your efforts, and performance.

Ever since mr Ross passed, the treatment of my members from this law firm have been nothing short of disrespectful and un helpful.

Not providing help clearly stated that it is available under the membership, treating LGBTQ+ members unequally, being dismissive to members concerns, lackluster attention to concerns, poor treatment of my members.

Pretty much all of them at this point.

Make sure that new employees don't get overwhelmed and see what they need to learn before it is too late.

Everyone here is willing to help you learn and get started as long as you are willing to try as well.

There might be a lot expected of someone who is new and still learning his or her way in the field.
