What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to offer their employees better pay after a certain point. If many employees are leaving for better opportunities, then this cycle will only continue.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My time spent at Rosenn Jenkins and Greenwald was a lovely experience. I became very close with the staff, including upper management, and was even invited to gatherings between employees. The firm truly felt like one big family and I was upset leaving the firm when I did.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only reason why I left this firm was because I got a better offer somewhere else. Management is reasonable, but very strict on their budgets and won't give raises out very often.
