Make sure that if people have to stay late that the senior staff are kept as well if the project is related to what they do.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay here is amazing for the work that we do, and I honestly didn't believe it at first, but they want us to be happy.

What did you not like about this institution?
They often expect people to stay late to finish projects long past when the senior staff leaves to go home.
