What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Spread out some of the responsibility so cases are never slowed down because of people taking vacations or other leave days.A raise would be nice after the first six months or so.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I used to work for Scrantom, Sprouse, Tucker & Ford some years back when I first started my career and I loved the very helpful chill atmosphere.There was very little stress caused by other associates or management.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is lacking a little bit but not much.I wasn't given the opportunity to take the lead on cases those were handled by the veterans.If certain people were missing we struggled to get things going.
