5.Current Employee, more than 1 yearGreat people and atmosphereSenior Analyst RecommendProsThe people and atmosphere here are honestly great for the size of the company. Everybody is super welcoming and nice to one another. Never heard of any issues with managementConsCan't really think of any cons.. maybe could allow more WFH options if available for the position
Grow at a steady pace like you have been. Expanding too fast can backfire. Keep hiring good/decent people. Last thing we need is a bad apple to ruin our reputation.
The people. The people make the firm feel like a family. The firm provides major benefits for attorneys and staff members. Everyone is kind and super helpful.
Nothing really bad- outside of the parking lot flooding. But there's not much the firm can do to stop mother nature.
None- they are all helpful.
Work Life balance.
Management needs to take a long, hard look at how they are running the firm. If things don't change quickly the future won't be very bright.
Associates and support staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the work environment is generally very good. The work is interesting and challenging.
It's generally accepted around here that management does not care about associates. They are extremely disconnected from the day to day pulse of the firm and are rarely seen, except when meting out punishment in one form or another.
Thank you.
