If the firm grew a bit larger, more opportunities to advance and grow would be a welcome addition.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A close working environment with caring and vibrant people. Small enough that everyone has a chance to be close to one another which creates a great atmosphere for team work. Everyone is friendly and positive, which makes working here a joy.
What did you not like about this institution?
The small scale of this firm means that promotions are rare and that there is some seniority based on who has worked at the firm the longest.
