5.Former Employee, more than 1 yearWork life balance - great team membersLabor and Employment Attorney in Santa Clarita, CARecommendProsPoole Shaffery Koegle has nailed the concept of the work life balance. Employed there two years, and not once was I denied any leave, appointment, late morning, early exit or anything to that effect. Get your work done from the office, or at home, or wherever you want and as long as it is quality, you can do as you please. The firm definitely rewards the hardest workers and provides ample opportunities for you to learn and succeed. Outstanding team. Most importantly everyone is accessible all the way to ownership. If you have a question or concern all you have to do is ask and you will get the meeting almost immediately. The people here care.ConsSink or swim training method. Could be a pro depending on the individual.
Management needs to do a better job of keeping up with employees long after they are hired. If not, then employees will leave and find better opportunities elsewhere.
I greatly enjoyed working at this firm when I started. The hours were great and consistent, which was very refreshing, and management really seemed to care about their employees and wanted them to succeed.
Unfortunately, management just seems to stop caring after a while. At first they want to help you, but after a certain point you are left to fend for yourself, and they don't seem to take the time for employees after a certain point.
Thank you.
