I suggest trying to limit the frequency of off task fun stuff to not distract from work too much if possible.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This place is fairly relaxed and everyone gets along. People just slow down a bit and have fun to keep things moving.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work can slow and be hard to get started again because people just want to have fun sometimes, but it is worth it.
