Train management to work better with employees. Provide better benefits.

They have a national reputation. There is a good work/life balance at this firm. If you are new to law, you have the opportunity to grow. People want you to succeed here.

Management wasn't always easy to work with. The environment can be cliquish. The benefits aren't that great.
