Get rid of the deadweight partners.
Nothing. This was absolutely a horrific place to work at. Many people get cancer from working here. It is really THAT bad.
Avoid this place like the plague. You will be harassed here and when you do complain about it, you will be dismissed. It won't happen immediately. They will do it months later just to cover their tracks.
Ron Goodman, the CEO, is a vile despicable human being.
Nothing. My favorite part was leaving.
Get new management and especially a new CEO.
There are a couple of decent attorneys. Very few in this bad bunch.
I worked here as an associate. Worst decision ever. You are only treated well here if you "look like them" and are of the same gender. There is no work-life balance. They will overload you with work and give their favorites very little work freeing up their time at your expense. I was working around the clock like a dog for little pay. The bonuses were bad also. Very cheap. There were very few good apples in this bunch of bad apples. The most unprofessional office I have ever worked at. The kind of thing you had to be there and see for yourself to understand. It is not a good place for a junior associate. Things are often done the wrong way and without experience you would be unprotected and unable to catch it. I learned to do some things the wrong way. I only found out years later after I left this awful place and started working elsewhere that the way I was taught at Robinson was not the best practice. Do yourself a favor and work elsewhere.
Unfortunately, that would be the majority of the senior partners especially the CEO.
Nothing. I would rate this place less than one star. Avoid at all costs.
There need to more opportunities for employees to earn promotions.
This firm radiates with professionalism. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome with large open office spaces. The workload is manageable and organized so that each member knows what to work with for the day. Overall, this is a great firm to work with.
Unfortunately, it can be hard to excel within the firm. Promotions are far and few, so it is hard to come by them. At the same time, it is hard to maintain a good work and life balance.
Thank you.
