What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that if the firm would instill a better bonus and incentive format, it would make some of the attorneys happier. But that is a minor issue.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a firm that is all about meeting the goals of our cases. Even though the work place can be a bit hectic sometimes with our responsibilities due to the importance of some of our cases, it is also a positive atmosphere because of the attorneys I work with. The culture here is excellent.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work load tends to be a bit much sometimes during some parts of the year. And the pay and salaries are part of the problems some times.
