I think that focusing on providing the associates with more access to clubs and recreational activities would be great for dealing with stress.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really love that my coworkers are all about doing what is the right thing instead of looking at the monetary aspect of things. I have learned a lot of people skills while working here.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours can be a bit long during some cases where the firm is taking care of important clients. It happens during some times of the year.
