What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm should continue to offer a great collective environment. However,itneeds to help management more. Management needs to improve in staff leadership.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A firm in which great experiences and opportunities can be had. The staff works together to collectively create a firm full of culture, is kind and places an emphasis on working together.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm does a poor job of having management workers mentoring and guiding their staff. There is not a lot of room for promotion and opportunities to grow in the field.

Everything seems good so far. No red flags that I’ve noticed and the adjustment period wasn’t too rough.
