What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think if the firm was to offer more bonuses and incentives, it could help some of the attorneys to rationalize dealing with some of the busy schedules.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a firm that places a high importance on working hard for our clients. Because a lot of the cases we deal with are really complicated, our superiors make sure that we are doing the best quality of work we can for our clients. The firm gives us great resources. The pay and benefits are also good.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work load can be a bit much sometimes, depending on the cases. The superiors also don't place too much trust on some of the interns to help out with some of the projects.
