What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to be more direct about their hours of operation. Work can be uncertain at times, but keeping better ahead of this will help employees be more comfortable with working long hours.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers a great training program for new employees and really makes you feel comfortable in your job position. Management was always there to answer any questions or concerns. I had even replaced my old computer in a timely fashion.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours for this firm can be a bit long at times. Also, employees rarely know the hours they will work until the day of. This can cause stress among employees and left many to decide what to do with their kids, etc.
