What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is flush enough with cash that it can afford to pay top talent to stay on. Apply for this job if you are ready to show commitment. You will be rewarded for your hard work at this firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm does not offer many chances to advance to partnership track. While the associates are quite well compensated, many report dissatisfaction at the process for obtaining partnership.
