What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This was an uncomfortable place to work. There are so many divisions. Shouldn't we be working as a team? Isn't there a common goal? Stop allowing everyone to drive against each other. Start valuing your staff!

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You'll stay busy. You can get some experience and maybe learn a little by working at this firm. The pay is decent and the benefits are there.

What did you not like about this institution?
You will just be a name here. No one cares what you think. Just get the job done. You will never move up, unless of course, you are part of the clique.

Continue to develop the staff. Continue to provide amazing leadership, training and development and opportunities for growth.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has an amazing culture, and great work/life balance. It's a pleasure to go into work everyday. They are the leaders in condominium law and construction law. Hire someone you can trust. Whether you are seeking representation in a real estate, condominium, or construction matter, they can help.

What did you not like about this institution?
I cannot find of anything negative to say about this amazing law firm. If you're looking for a great place to work, give them a call.

None! All shareholders are amazing and unique in their own ways. They are all brilliant and effective. Whether you are seeking representation in a real estate, condominium, or construction matter, they can help.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The atmosphere is great. The location of the main office is downtown Coral Gables. They have 2 other lcoations, one in Broward and one in WPB. Great firm overall.
