It's time to review the pay scale and compensation package and make adjustments so that the firm is in line with what other firms are offering.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is best at building relationships and maintaining their existing clients. They do not have a ton of turnover and really invest in their clients.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is mid-sized but it doesn't really compete with what other firms offer in terms of salary and compensation. They need to bring themselves up to current pay rates.
