The firm should focus on restructuring the office so that it looks and feels like a law office. Workstations should be enclosed to reduce noise distractions. The family environment is something the firm should be proud of and continue to hold onto.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm creates an environment that establishes the presence of family. The hours of work are varied, but the firm does a great job at accommodating the staff.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm has workstations which are open. It is difficult to work in a setting where noise causes issues. The firm is built more like a call center and not a law office.
