There needs to be more interaction with lower level employees, which will help increase moral and make the environment even better. Otherwise, keep doing what you are doing.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The atmosphere is easy and friendly, and there are great individuals to work with here. Everyone seems to know a lot and is very helpful. It is enjoyable to work in a place like this.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel like I didn't have a spot to move up into. It is hard to stay somewhere when you don't know if you are going advance more than where you are at the moment.
