Management should help to structure the work periods so that more attorneys are able to work on some cases and projects that better accommodate their schedules.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you like working in an environment that doesn't get boring because of the work, then this is a good place to be. We deal with a lot of important cases and get to interact with our clients. This firm offers good pay and salaries.

What did you not like about this institution?
The issue I have with the firm is that sometimes, you are going to be left to fend for yourself with some cases. Attorneys here are willing to help but it does get a bit busy sometimes.
