There needs to be some re-organization of how to work efficiently in the departments. Staff should be shown more appreciation for the level of work they perform with the resources and small number of employees it has.

The environment created at the law firm is full of positive and collaborative efforts. The staff enjoys working together and helping one another.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management is cheap when it comes to providing the staff with resources or things they may need. The staff is small in size and creates too much work to handle.
