The firm in smallish in size, but would be able to deal with so many new projects and cases if there were a few new hires.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work here was definitely always interesting and the people working here were friendly and always eager to help when there was a problem.

What did you not like about this institution?
In this area (as there is in other areas of law) sometimes we'd run into snags and there would be a few days of headaches and complications. Stress is something you have to learn to deal with in law.
