What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I don't think the firm has much, if anything to change.The firm performs well, and we are able to do our job.It stays busy and I think the clients respect us, and the employees enjoy working here for the most part.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It's a decent job.We stay busy here.The pay is about in the expected range-not too low, but I've definitely been in offices that paid a bit higher.It's nice to have a job that keeps you busy and on your toes, if anything.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm specializes in injury law.I feel that ultimately we do our best to fight for our clients, but sometimes in the occasion that we do lose, I feel thatwe've let these people down.It's hard to see some of these people suffering.
