What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice is stay away from office politics and focus on your work. You will get success if you will show consistency and punctuality. The chances of growth are ample but you have to prove that you are worth those. My advice to management is that they should not play game of favoritism.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Amazing people, excellent work environment, and good work life balance. The firm fosters an environment where you can choose the projects based on your interest. Work can be a little repetitive as well as slow during certain time periods but I think this is part of life.

What did you not like about this institution?
Internal politics and favoritism hinders the organization. Lots of politics is there and hard work does not necessarily mean career progression, but you will find it at every other firm.
