What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think it would be helpful for the staff to work in teams more. It would help the staff members that don't realize that we are all a team that we're all working together for the same things. I also think that regular raises and evaluations of staff would help curb the attitudes since it would be keeping staff in check and letting us know what we need to work on.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One of the most unique things about the firm is the broad scope of knowledge that is here. The many years that the lawyers have put into understanding the various types of law really makes the staff members want to commit that much time into understanding as well. Lawyers are also really helpful in helping staff understand what is needed and willing to take time to explain why the information is important. They are willing to teach those of us that want to learn.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay could always be better. It's not bad, but compared to other firms the pay they give staff doing similar work could be a little higher in my opinion. There is also lack of connection between some of the staff with others. There can be a bit of a ""level system,"" where some staff members think they are better than others.

Mr. Russo is very kind and understanding. Great Boss! Mr. Gould is very professional and very strict and dedicated to his work. Treated me with respect and kindness. Great boss!
