What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be a sense of ownership at this firm. I'd like to see some of the older attorneys own up to their mistakes instead of putting them off on new people like myself. Perhaps some new leadership is in order.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm really helps fosters a strong work ethic and takes their cases very seriously and are generally very friendly to their clients as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
I ended up being blamed for some major mistakes that were not my fault and were actually the fault of older much more experienced attorneys. Since I had to take so much heat I ended up feeling like I was unwanted and ended up leaving the firm after being an intern for only 6 months.
