This firm needs to have more opportunities for growth. That way employees won't leave and look for more opportunities.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm does a great job of organizing the work load. I've worked here for 3 years now and have never felt overwhelmed or stressed in my position. I worked on average 40 hours a week with the occasional overtime, but the pay was good so I didn't mind.

What did you not like about this institution?
I wish the firm had more room for growth. They don't have a lot of upward mobility and people leave constantly for better opportunities. I enjoy the job I have now, but I would like the option to move up the ladder years from now.
