What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If the leadership team could improve upward mobility I would be very happy. Most lawyers want a career; they would prefer not to remain a junior associate forever.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment here is very good. The partners take time out of their day to personally greet everyone and they all remember littles things like birthdays and anniversaries. The firm also hosts a lot of gatherings and parties, which is a huge perk.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is very little upward mobility here. This is a small firm, so that is to be expected, but it doesn't change the basic facts. Those looking to become a partner might be in for a long wait.
