What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Make it more of a family environment like it used to be and include staff in discussions. While most of the senior attorneys are nice still few are nightmares. These folks could care less about anything other than what they've got on their plate. They act entitled and expect to be served in a manner that befits the impression.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Early responsibility and exposure at the very highest level. Immediate respect from clients and peers. Unparalleled compensation among similar sized law firms. The people who are generally very smart and accomplished. Some of the senior attorneys are fantastic people, generous and very human.

What did you not like about this institution?
Long hours, but there's no way to avoid that when you have significant responsibility and work for sophisticated clients. I never felt like anyone at the firm was unnecessarily generating work demands but still the workload is on the higher side.

Get out of business.. as you will.. sooner or later God will cut youdown! You know you are Facists destroying Americans illegally and in underhanded ways for big corporations. Disgusting sociopaths, white collar crooks with mob ties. Just look at their locations.. Los Vegas, Los Angeles.. Irvine Orange County.. their main offices. Connected to the Tea Party and nra as well. They pose as liberal do gooders. Do a little research and you’ll see just how dirty they are!! Just a matter of time before they are exposed and will go down.They protect and cover up for sexual predators in big business. Their lawyers will do what ever they want them to do illegally. Run don’t walk.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
None. Zero. Run.. Don’t walk! they are Facists destroying Americans illegally and in underhanded ways for big corporations. They orchestrate fake flags to protect big business.. Pose as liberal do gooders. The most twisted of crimes against hard working innocent Americans.

5.Current EmployeePartnerAnonymous Employee RecommendProsThe attorneys and staff here are among the best in the world. The work we do rivals even the largest firms, but P&F does a fantastic job providing work-life balance and flexibility. Pay is competitive, but not Big Law levels.ConsThe firm does a poor job moving associates in-house, or even moving them out of the firm if they don't look like equity partner material. The result is that the firm has a large number of senior associates & junior (non-equity) partners, but very few junior associates. This makes it difficult for those trying to move up into the higher ranks, and also handicaps those senior associates who would probably be better-suited in an in-house position.
