"Great Senior Attorneys but high responsibility"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on Jul 28, 2017

Advice to law firm management: Make it more of a family environment like it used to be and include staff in discussions. While most of the senior attorneys are nice still few are nightmares. These folks could care less about anything other than what they've got on their plate. They act entitled and expect to be served in a manner that befits the impression.

Pros: Early responsibility and exposure at the very highest level. Immediate respect from clients and peers. Unparalleled compensation among similar sized law firms. The people who are generally very smart and accomplished. Some of the senior attorneys are fantastic people, generous and very human.

Cons: Long hours, but there's no way to avoid that when you have significant responsibility and work for sophisticated clients. I never felt like anyone at the firm was unnecessarily generating work demands but still the workload is on the higher side.
