What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be more management personnel offering mentorship to staff. The firm should do a better job of explaining office procedures to staff so they could perform greater levels of work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is made up of an environment in which management takes the time to lead their staff. The firm focuses not only on local clients but also pushes for international clients.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the aspects of the firm are based on being conservative. Mentoring is not always an option for many staff members. Office procedures are hard to follow when a lack of explanation is not present.
