There needs to more opportunities for employees to gain promotions.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is an absolute joy to work with. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed with large open office spaces. The workload is manageable and organized so that each member knows what to work with for the day. Overall, this is a great firm to work with.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately it hard to excel within the firm. Promotions are far and few, so it is hard to come by them. At the same time, it is hard to balance work and life.
