What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm has been around for a hundred and fifty years. I really don't think there is anything they need to change. Keep steady and branching out as you've been and that's the best I can offer.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is full of friendly and welcoming faces. The focus is on getting the job done right and not being the biggest, so we concentrated on a smaller amount of clients than the firm I previously worked for. I enjoyed getting to really know my clients and offer them the best services without feeling pressured for time by other clients.

What did you not like about this institution?
It's a smaller firm, and to me was not as busy as I was used to. It may not appeal to someone who is used to (and likes) the challenge of an overly hectic work environment.
