What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Be sure to always keep backups of all of your work and to take notes on all of your meetings in case you were to lose something important.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm offers competitive pay and benefits. They are flexible with time off and try not to make their partners overwork themselves. There is plenty of work to go around so there will always be as much or a little work as you want.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a slight communication problem in the firm and some of the equipment is outdated. They need to update the way that they are communicating with everyone and sometimes important things will get lost along the way.

Poor management & misogynistic culture on May 19, 2024 - Current Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Full time Current Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management has no business sense. This firm isn’t growing - it’s retracting - under very poor management focused on constant cost-cutting to stay afloat. Suggest overhauling your entire management team.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Smart attorneys that know real estate. Decent office and location. The book is a gem.

What did you not like about this institution?
Good old boys club. Very conservative, very old school, very misogynistic culture - don’t even bother if you’re a woman or a progressive. The misogyny isn’t overt, but implied that women should smile, be sweet and do as they’re told. Advancement isn’t based on merit, but who you go to lunch with. There’s been a mass exodus of talent and high turnover. Burn and churn philosophy. Very poorly managed.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Decent office and location.
