What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Give your employees more consistent hours and allow them to progress up the so called ladder of the firm. Give incentives, bonuses and raises periodically to reward hard work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One of the best things about the firm is that the person in charge, Jonathan, is a hardworking ethical individual and brings that passion to the work place, and it's contagious. He's made me a better worker.

What did you not like about this institution?
At times,more often than not, you will work long hours to get the job done. While this is for the benefit of the customers, it does hurt the employee's mental health a bit.
