What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Hire a janitor even if it's just once a week, staff shouldn't have to clean after our shifts to make sure it's sanitary for people in the office.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A very pleasing and enjoyable experience with the likeable staff, staff members are pretty open to discuss concerns and happy to help with any questions I had.

What did you not like about this institution?
Office is pretty small and almost cramped in areas, gives off a claustrophobic feel. Long hours and unreliable work schedules. Stressful for those wanting a balance for work and home life. Not a very clean firm.
