Improve the health benefits to add more than the minimum. Have a talk with a few of these problematic employees because they're creating bad situations for unnecessary reasons.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management is great to work with and offer many opportunities for training, raises and even getting a promotion within the firm. Pay is more than fair.

What did you not like about this institution?
Health benefits are lacking. Some of the colleagues are a bit moody and can be stressful on certain time constrained days. Location is not great.
