What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think having more social interaction between coworkers from different departments would be beneficial. Projects and cases could be handled better.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have good access to resources I need to do my job. There are a lot of fellow attorneys here that I can turn to for help. I also have good pay and benefits.

What did you not like about this institution?
There seems to be a difference of strategies sometimes when it comes to different departments. I wouldn't call it competition, but the relaying of information is a bit difficult sometimes.
