What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm should give more responsibilities to the young, talented lawyers at the firm. Perhaps it will help the firm grow and mature at a faster pace. More money should be devoted to compensating staff.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is growing and could be an excellent employer in years to come. You'll work alongside talented young employees and the competition will help you grow your professional skills.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is young and it shows. Professional standards are not as high as you would expect from a more mature firm. The same can be said about the pay and benefits.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They try to do fun, unique activities.
What did you not like about this institution?
Morale is poor. Lack of communication within the firm. High turnover rate. Little work life balance. They let a few employees dictate the mood and atmosphere of the entire firm.
