While the tone of the office is a large part of the firm's personality, a little more formality could streamline decisions and lessen individuals trying to get their own way.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment here is great. The offices are bright, dress is business casual, and a sense of humor is encouraged. Coworkers can all buckle down and get the job done, but have a good time doing it.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes management can be a little too casual around the office. The social line between management and non-management gets a little too blurry, which can lead to confusion and inefficiency.
