What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Ideally they would start to take on more cases and diversify a little bit and take some risks by taking on cases outside of their field of expertise.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The benefits in particular are what stood out to me the most. Plenty of paid lave time and the health insurance they offer is outstanding. Everyone is always very friendly and tight knit as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can get quite slow at times and the work can be quite mundane. This is perhaps the reason why they give plenty of paid leave throughout the year.
