This firm should consider expanding and offer more room for growth. This way employees won't look for work elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm was a great place to work after I got my degree. They train you very well and don't expect you to know much. I learned a lot working here and they always encourage you to not to settle. They offer promotions to those who deserve it.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only problem is that they don't offer promotions very often. The firm is small so the ability to work higher up doesn't happen very often. The only reason why I left this firm was for a better opportunity that paid for.
