This firm needs to consider offering health benefits to their employees. Employees need healthcare or they will look for a place that offers this.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is a great place to work and everyone gets along with each other. I've met a lot of great people working here and made a lot of lifelong friends. Management also holds staff parties every few months and offers bonuses frequently.

What did you not like about this institution?
While the bonuses are nice, the lack of benefits are not. This firm doesn't offer any type of health benefits which makes it difficult to get healthcare. I wish they would exchange the bonuses for benefits.
