What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I felt the workplace was great, but I just didn't feel pay was competitive. I felt that maybe I was still considered too inexperienced to get any decent promotions or pay increases, and I felt stuck at the pay level I was at when I quit. I wish there was more structure in the advancements and raises at the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This was my first job outside of college. I learned a lot working here. All the employees with more experience were really helpful in showing the newcomers the ropes. I gained valuable experience in how law firms are run and was able to bring the experience to future jobs. When I went on to a different firm, I had expertise that I had acquired from working here.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay wasn't very competitive and this is what led me to going to another firm. The benefits were decent, but I put out my resume and was given an offer at a different firm for quite a bit more money. I was never really able to get any good raises and felt I was pretty stuck at my starting pay, and this is what led me to leave.
