What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Although management has created a wonderful working environment, they could stand to improve their communication and responsiveness. They need to be more willing to adapt or things will grow stale.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm gets a lot of work done without creating a competitive atmosphere. The firm really values its employees and works hard to create a cooperative workplace environment.
What did you not like about this institution?
Change can be slow at times. Management is sometimes unresponsive to employee concerns and can sometimes ignore good ideas for improvement.
